Pay per appointment · US home services
Meridian Trade Group runs the ads, screens every inquiry against your criteria, and books the ones worth loading the truck for. You're billed per appointment that lands — not per month, and not for the ones that don't.
$247 setup · $247 per booked appointment · no retainer · no minimum term
The math
Move the sliders to your numbers. The point isn't that we're cheap — it's that what you pay moves with what you get.
A flat fee wins on paper in a strong month — that's the honest version. The difference is the bad month: our fee falls to nothing when the appointments stop, theirs doesn't. Ad spend sits outside both columns and is paid straight to Meta on your own account. $3,000 is a mid-market retainer used here for comparison.
How it runs
We map your service area by ZIP, look at what's already running there, and agree in writing what counts as a real appointment for your shop.
Meta campaigns built around the jobs you want more of — not a generic template — running in your territory within days of kickoff.
Project type, timeline, budget, property owner, inside your radius. Anything that fails the criteria never reaches you and never gets billed.
The ones that pass go straight onto your calendar, then get a confirmation and reminder sequence so they're still there when you show up.
Scope
We run paid acquisition for home service contractors and book the results. That's the whole list — and here's what it isn't, so nothing turns up on an invoice you didn't expect.
Included, every account
Not offered, not upsold later
Trades
High-ticket, homeowner-funded, seasonal, and won on a site visit. If that describes your work, the model fits.
Driveways, patios, slabs, sidewalks, tear-out and repour.
Retaining walls, pavers, stonework, steps, outdoor kitchens.
Residential and commercial drives, sealcoating, resurfacing.
Replacement, repair, inspections, and storm-season response.
Wood, vinyl, aluminum, privacy builds, repair and replacement.
New builds, resurfacing, railings, pergolas, screened porches.
Terms
No tiers, no packages, no "starting from". This is what it costs.

Questions
Whatever we agree it is in week one, written down. Typically: the homeowner owns the property, the job is one you actually do, it's inside your service radius, the timeline is real, and they've agreed to a date and time. If a booking misses any of it, you flag it and it comes off the bill.
You do, directly to Meta. We never mark up spend, so what you see on the platform is what it cost — our invoice covers appointments and nothing else.
Campaigns typically go live within a few days of the kickoff call. The first week is mostly about learning what converts in your market, so judge the model on month one rather than week one.
No. We run one contractor per trade per service area. Your appointments are yours, and we won't take on your direct competitor down the road.
Tell us and we stop. There's no notice period, no termination fee and no remaining balance — you've only ever paid for appointments that already happened.
Not for the work. We run US campaigns in your local time zone and book into your calendar in your hours. Billing is in US dollars.
Next step
Fifteen minutes. We'll go through your service area, what a booked appointment is worth to you, and whether this model actually makes sense for your shop. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
